We stayed a full week here and felt absolutely pampered. The hotel provides a concierge phone, and they respond promptly. Our concierges (Lisa and Fritz) even arranged for congratulatory balloons, cake and wine for our granddaughter’s high school graduation – this was gratis by the way.

Full breakfast buffet every morning, beach chairs prepared every day, food and drinks delivered to you on the beach plus lots of beach activities. The spa was great. Room wonderful. We have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend it. Price is a bit high, but we think it is worth it.

This was Our 4th stay at The Grace Bay Club & we love it so much every time! Tony & I took My Sister & Brother in Law with Us this time & they absolutely loved it! The friends we made there are so amazing & kind! We spend most of Our time on the beach & the crew that takes care of us are great guys! I have just come back from this beautiful hotel with my husband, we were there for our honeymoon. I would highly recommend this hotel. Lovely long beach. The rooms were immaculate. Very clean and very spacious. Staff is amiable and helpful anything you wish they will do their best to deliver. The food was truly amazing too, with a large long Infiniti bar overlooking the beach. Indeed it was a beautiful place. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to go back.

These honeymooners were impressed! To begin, this was a honeymoon trip that I had scheduled based off of some other excellent reviews of the Grace Bay Club. We could not have been more impressed during our trip!

Transport was set up from the airport with no issues. Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted at the main entrance with fresh towels (these are fantastic on a hot day). We were advised that the check-in process could be completed while seated and were offered a drink immediately. We both got rum punches and were met by the front desk associates who confirmed the necessary information for check-in.

We were then introduced to one of our two “personal concierges”, Lisa (she’s the best!). We were advised that our room had been upgraded from a junior suite to a one-bedroom suite; no complaints with this! Lisa provided us a tour of the property and then brought us up to our second-floor room with an ocean view.

The upgraded room had it all, from washer dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, huge balcony, full kitchen, and so on. Everything was spotless and well lit for an outstanding initial presentation. Lisa provided us with a cell phone that could reach her or Fitzroy (our other excellent personal concierge!) any time from 8a-10p. They were able to assist with booking food reservations, getting groceries, excursion recommendations/bookings, and any other questions or concerns we were able to come up with.

The beach and the pools here were always clean and so beautiful. Staff was excellent about setting up chairs with towels/umbrellas and provided excellent service so that we didn’t have to get up. Food/drinks from any of the restaurants on the property were brought over quickly when requested. We especially enjoyed dealing with Cordell and Gerard!
