We just returned from five nights. Had a great time. The resort is great. Quite, clean, close to shopping, and is on the best part of Grace Bay. We stayed in Studio, and it was plenty of room for a couple. Washer and dryer in unit. Everything you need is in the place. Housekeeping daily is excellent for clean towels, and bed made every day. It had been 20 years since we had stayed at Ocean Club. The beach and water are still the same, fantastic, but more shopping and places to eat now.

This is my third time in TCI and my first stay at OCW. I love OCW the best out of the other two, also on Grace Bay, and the location is my favorite part as I don’t rent a car. It’s within walking distance from a grocery store and restaurants. We used the free bike and rode down to Lemon 2 Go for my morning coffee. Eat breakfast at Solano as well as lunch. I did ride/walk over to Cacios Bakery for some delicious pastries. You can walk/ride bikes to the grocery store and cook meals in your fully equipped kitchen/fridge to save money.

You can walk down to Coco Van which is a taco food truck, expensive but suitable. I would suggest bringing your own pool floats (from the dollar tree) as the resort doesn’t have their own floats, they do offer paddleboards and kayaks though. The staff was terrific; they recommended us some el cielo cozumel tours for rookies like me. My room was nice, remodeled bathroom, beautiful kitchen area, and great screened porch with table and chairs. The a/c worked great. Love this resort and the staff.

A spacious screened porch on our third-floor condo gave us a beautiful view of the lovely grounds and pool AND the magnificent Grace Bay water. The unit was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The first morning we discovered the coffee pot was broken.

A call to the front desk and housekeeping promptly delivered a new one. All the staff was so friendly and helpful all week long. We made use of the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards on the beach and enjoyed terrific drinks prepared by the talented bartenders at Solana. Location of Ocean Club West is in easy walking distance to several great restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store.

We saw people staying at the sister property (Ocean Club) who had to take the free shuttle to OC West, then walk to the store, then get the shuttle back to their property which is not convenient to anything. We were so thankful we stayed at OC West! Great first trip to TCI!

This resort was what we were looking for. We stayed in a two bedroom oceanfront condo with a kitchen and screened in porch. It could not have been better because the resort is dated but impeccably clean. All the staff was delightful. Tia who greeted us upon checking in was exceptional and set the tone for a beautiful trip. If you are looking for super fancy and glitzy, this is not the place for you. If you want a comfortable, clean and conveniently located – this is the place for you.
