Stayed here for a four-night break with my daughter, then returned for a single night after visiting Cozumel for a few days of diving and snorkeling. It’s in a fantastic location next to 5th Avenue but tranquil at night. The staff were delightful and courteous at all times, the twin room was especially excellent, as were the pool facilities. We also recommend you are a little more adventurous when ordering your food, especially with the house egg breakfast. Thank you for an excellent stay.

This hotel is in an excellent location (provided you don’t select rooms facing the 10th Avenue), most places are great with private balconies and facing pools. The free breakfast was quite delicious, which even included cooked to order an omelet.

The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for the guests with their sea trek in cozumel mexico recommendations. The hotel receptionist Mr. Alejandro Oscay was very friendly, spoke excellent English, and was extremely helpful throughout our two weeks stay. I must also mention Fabio the bell boy-come- receptionist who spoke decent English and was very welcoming. All in all every staff at La Tortuga was friendly and helpful, which made our stay very comfortable, and we will certainly select this hotel over the others in the area in the future.

My husband and I recently stayed here during our joint birthday trip. It was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, comfortable. The staff is terrific — very accommodating. The food at Como Como was just how we wanted to start our day! The pool was beautiful and relaxing. We even had a couples’ massage at the spa that was naturally wonderful. We LOVED that it is adults-only. Our entire stay was fantastic, and we will stay here for the next time we are in Playa!

Come on vacation with my brother looking for a good deal and as soon as we walked in we wanted to stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Great prices for a fantastic hotel located in the center of things had a great time recommended!

Right in the middle of town, this little gem is beautiful. Rooms are nice & if you have a balcony, you have a great view of the grounds & pool. Full breakfast included it was delicious & quick so you can get on with your vacation. We had a bit of a mishap that had nothing to do with the hotel, but the staff went above & beyond to help us with our situation. Especially Alejandro who went way out of his way to help us & even volunteered his time. Thank you, Alejandro & staff!
