This was our third time staying at the Windsong. The location on the reef can’t be beaten. The snorkeling is fantastic, and the rooms are large and very comfortable. The best part is the staff. The butlers, waiters, and beach staff all treat you like family. There is more than enough space on the beach or at the pool always to find space. I can’t say enough good things about the resort and look forward to coming back next year.

A great boutique hotel right on the beautiful sugar sand beach with the reef in front. Lovely, helpful staff with discover scuba cozumel recommendations. Large single room Bikes for free. Good food, especially the breakfast which is included. I highly recommend it.

We were looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. I loved that this was not a party zone. It is ideal for couples who want peace and quiet. I also like there was no music blaring in the night. We came on this trip to hear the relaxing ocean. If you are looking for an evening music/dance scene, this is not the place for you. I also like the non-smoking policy.

It sucks to sit on a beautiful beach or at a nice pool and have to smell someone’s cigarette smoke – gross! There were a few children, but really, I think this is geared to couples like us. We enjoyed the 1/2 day Island Vibes snorkeling excursion and nightly walked on the beach. Things are not priced too high here, you are getting what you pay for 100%. We hope to return next year.

Advice for guests: Please pick up after yourself. I know it is your vacation, but every evening we would watch these hard workers pick up so many towels and people’s trash. Be considerate. You receive excellent service at this place, show your gratitude not only with words but by picking up your dumpster. Enjoy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day. My only wish was that they had a regular coffee pot in the studio rooms. The continental breakfast was great, and ordering eggs or pancakes was reasonable.

The beach was beautiful, and you could use the kayaks, sailboat, and paddle boats. You could rent snorkeling equipment for a small fee. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again.
